Well, do you know the real reason why you feel so bad? If you do find out what it is, deal with it head on, you probably wont get the feeling anymore.
But sometimes it can be a number of things, right? Or it can be something that you just can't figure it out yet... So what you really need to do is talk about it. Now that can be by yourself, in a blog, or with someone that you trust. As long as you are voiceing it out there, it will help. *pats sholder*
