Having to not have to worry about using your super powers was the intension. Not all of them use their powers. Some students don't use their power, so other kids think that they might not have them. And not everybody goes to power control. Does that answer your question? If not, I can try to explain more about it. Sorry for confusing you.

All of the students have super powers, but none of them know each other have super powers. The name of the college is the THU (Teen Hero University) where kids can come to study without having to hid their powers. The website gives no information about the super powers. The staff doesn't want to reveal super powers to normal people. It's suposed to be a college to train the bad negitive teens with super powers to become 'Teen Heros'. But all of that was going to be secret to the students. It was going to be reavealed in the story as we moved farther along. And it's a college in Texas. Would you like to know anything else?
