One solid recommendation for a totally different kind of game would be Deus Ex. It's a hybrid of Stealth, RPG, and FPS. Human Revolution is great too.

Heh... There are a lot of mods I use. I'd say that a few worth trying out are be Mine and Blade: Battlegear {Link} and Minecarft Comes Alive {Link} You'll need to use forge, {Link} but they don't work with the newest Minecraft version.
