Neko does use MS Paint for ALL of her spriting. She is a firm believer that no other program is needed for true spriting. (Though Mac People have to find alternates)
Examples?
You seem to misunderstand what the crystal pallete is. It is a pallete, but requires lots of editing. It is no mere...
In the anime, Pikachu beat Onix with the use of a sprinkler. If only we could do that in the games... xD Apparently making Onix wet made it weak to electric type attacks.
Mismagius is my favorite Pokemon... so the answer is pretty easy for me. I learned to love it when I used one in my Pearl team. Good Speed, Sp. Def. and Sp. Atk. (Or at least mine), good moves, etc.
I know it's not to par with Gengar, but Gengar is way too overused.
Uh, no thanks. I'm going to do those alone. I'm rather picky about other people using my palletes. I'd only allow people I KNOW can use the pallete as well as I can, if not better. It's one of my most difficult palletes to pull off due to the shading and transperancy.
The map is a bit rough...
Then make more. Working for TPM is more than just a few sprites. I have to do at least 1298 Crystal Sprites (not counting fakemon). Crystal sprites take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour and a half. If you aren't willing to put some sort of commitment into your job, I wouldn't suggest...
Miken - Examples of art/sprites would always be helpful. ;)
Baobao - Uh... recolors on Plusle/Minun aren't exactly the best. The Pikachu is missing a large chunk of it's outline. The map isn't too bad, but can still use some work.
Images and links removed because I dun have 15 posts yet. ^_^
Examples?
I think I'm going to need some more examples, preferably more recent things. A more complicated fusion perhaps? What you have up so far are fairly simple so I can't really judge your experience with that.
I believe...
We are going to need more than recoloring samples. Recoloring is merely a basic fundamental to spriting and is necessary for most other forms of spriting. Unfortunately, being good at recolors is not going to be enough to get a graphic artist position because we need more than recolors. (We have...
I guess I should mention that I will be the one paying more attention to any one who wants to become a graphic artist. Do not be offended with my criticism or anything. I'm going to be harsh (cause I know Cless won't.), so don't be surprised if I sound a bit more, uh... harsh than usual? xD Just...
Note that I will drive away any person I see unfit to be a graphic artist. I mean it. o-o
Neko isn't so busy that she will take help from people who do not know ALL of the rules to spriting. There are MANY rules. Lots of them~
I know this is a probably very dumb question, but I can't seem to figure out how to make maps or put events together. Is there some sort of tutorial on how to work this program?
Thanks for any help I get.

Chapter Two
First Encounter
Silence grasped the area for several long moments before an oddly colored Pokemon stepped out. It was monkey like, with a hand on its tail. The Pokemon was clearly an Aipom , but what was so strange about it was its coloring. Instead of the usual purple and...

Lost
“Hey, Over here!”
Whats going on?
“Where?”
Voices?
“Is she okay?”
“What do I look like? A Chansey?”
“Put on a little wait and maybe…”
“Just shut up and help me find some berries or something…”
“Alrighty.”
Where am I… The Flareon struggled to get...
