Oooh. I am aware of that bug, but thought I had done away with it-- nice catch. I assume you fought the gambler before the little girl in Celadon? I made it so that interacting with the little girl activated the Celadon Pokémon Center as the default healing spot, but it didn't occur to me that you might just fight the old guy first. Will fix ASAP.
