It'll pretty much be the same except for new/better maps and scripts. It'll also progress through the story much faster.

Well I kinda wanted it to be a suprise. Oh well. I'm restarting it because theres so much I need to improve on in Genesis and it would be easier to start from the beginning again instead of editing every script and map.
