  • Ugh, screw society and its definition of being a "model." Just a bunch of brainwashed drones who are probably forced to keep their body that way just to look how they think to be "beautiful."

    Personally, I think you're very pretty and could be a model if you wanted to; anyone could, if they wanted to, without having to change how they look. I'm just so sick of the world is nowadays. I just tend to ignore everything around me that's negative, despite being negative myself. :\

    You're very welcome, though! ;3
    Rain just feels gross to me. XD Sometime I don't mind it, but most of the time I hate it.

    Don't be sorry! You are not alone!! I don't even do anything. D;
    Oh, now I think I remember them! We just called them parabolas and hyperbolas. XDDD Ugh, I don't remember anything I've learned. x___________x

    I just don't like getting wet with clothes on...at least when it's raining. I don't know, I've just never really liked it.

    Haha, nothing much! Same old, same old. Boring ol' me doing boring ol' nothing. You? :3
    Oh, those ! I know the word now, forgot what it is though.

    FYI I am watching a barbie movie with my 2 year old cousin.
    Spiders creep me out and I got stung by a bee once and vowed never to let it happen to me again. I don't know if I was/still am allergic to bee stings like some people are, but I do know that it hurt like hell. And it seems like we're having a HUGE problem with flies in the house this summer. Don't know if it's some opening in the house or if it's because my mom would rather have the windows wide open instead of springing for an air conditioner.

    The only bug Pokemon I've ever trained was a Vespiquen, and I do have a second one ready for Contests in Platinum. I guess I've never found the typing all that useful. If I need Bug attacks I have a Nidoking with Megahorn and a Crobat with X-Scissor.

    I mean, I liked math enough to get an undergraduate degree in it, but I didn't like it that much. And I actually like math less nowadays because of those awful classes. Wow, now she sounds like a bad professor... your stories make me feel lucky I've only had a few bad ones in comparison. And I've actually had several that I thought were very good.

    But anime's the best thing since... well I dunno xD Really, there are such a wide variety of series that there's bound to be a series or two to suit almost any taste. I might be able to help you find a good series if you let me know what you'd like to watch.

    And is it weird that both my dad and I are both planning mini-vacations for our birthdays?
    Hmm, it's been raining here a lot, but it rains here a lot anyway. Thankfully we haven't been hit by any hurricanes. :)

    ALL YOUR CORN FIELDS GETTIN' WATER N SUCH

    Windows open? Is that a good idea.. o.o

    How do you even pronounce..
    No idea what that is. xD

    I've been anticipating the moment that the dark clouds were going to pour; it's been thundering all day without RAIN. The sky looks rather gloomy. Rain makes me depressed.
    I've actually stayed in a few so-called "luxury" hotels (Sheraton, Hyatt, Marriott). The lobbies were nice and fancy, but the rooms themselves weren't any better than the $70 places I usually stay at. Nowadays when we travel, we usually try to stay as cheap as we can without sinking into those super low-budget brands. Usually we like to stay at the three Choice Hotel brands, Sleep, Comfort, and Quality. Prices are reasonable and the rooms are usually pretty good.

    I know, I told them, if you guys want to stay there on your own, fine, but if I'm with you guys, we're staying somewhere nicer - even if I have to pay the difference xD I really don't care for insects much either, even though my favorite TV villain is a guy who transforms into a giant bee creature :P So, I take it you probably don't train too many bug Pokemon, right?

    Thanks! DOn't worry, it's not a mainstream series anyway (though both her name and the name of the series are listed right on it xD). But you should totally do a signature relating to the '78 Mercury Grand Marquis :P

    Now, oddly enough I didn't have any real crazy teachers till college (though my 7th grade science teacher was busted for, let's say, "inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature" with some of his students). Dr. Moyle, my physics professor, would go on and on about weird stuff, like his POS car (an '86 Dodge Omni), blowing up the lab, his cat doing strange things (lol) and creative ways to use science to hurt people xD As I said, really strange guy.

    Besides him, not really so much crazy as just plain bad. In my grad school program, I had a slew of professors from India and China who couldn't teach well at all because, quite frankly, they couldn't speak English well at all. This one guy, Dr. Zhu was particularly nasty. He couldn't speak clearly, couldn't write clearly, and didn't really care if students passed or failed. Now, picture doing the equivalent of a 15-20 page paper. By hand. Except most of the words are replaced by math formulas, proofs, and a whole lot of Greek letters. Now picture doing one of those every week for the entire semester. That's pretty much what his homework assignments were like. It's a wonder I even passed that class.

    I should mention my Spanish 202 class in college that was basically a repeat of what I learned in 7th grade Spanish class, but I'm not one to complain about an easy "A" xD.

    Now I just gotta get you hooked on anime xD
    Spoiler:
    I don't know what conic sections are...I don't think we've ever learned them. XD;

    I don't care for rain very much, unlike everybody else I know. D;
    What other ways help?

    Well, I've been huddling in a corner all day and/or watching MLP until the moment that I have to go somewhere or do something. What about you? :D
    Oh, really? Didn't think there were different approaches; just simple add this and subtract that. XD

    I've been doing pretty good. :) How about you?
    Oh, okay... I was worried there for awhile xD

    Now fortunately, I've never had a hotel room with lots of mold or roaches *crosses fingers*. But, according to my parents, they would actually prefer bugs in a room rather than one with a lot of noise. They stayed in this one place (I wasn't with them) where they found a roach, but still called it a "good stay" because it was "quiet." Needless to say if I found a roach in my room, I wouldn't have such kind words for the place, I don't care how quiet it was xD

    But I have stayed in a hotel that was less than a year old that served free snacks and even glasses of wine :) I liked that place (Drury Inn in Charlotte, NC). Another place I liked gave me a nice big suite with two flat screen TV's for a very good price (Quality Suites in Pineville, NC). So I've stayed in my share of nice places too xD

    I ended up not going. According to my parents, I didn't miss much. Less than 40 people were there, and even they said it was pretty boring. Instead, I stayed home, watched TV and did some internet stuff :P

    Oh, I've got a new signature/avatar theme combo. What do you think of it?

    What else can we talk about?... Oh yeah, have any crazy teachers/professors?
    XDDD What if you're teaching them math? ;O

    Yeah, people have told me that. I guess we'll see whatever interests me the most, I guess. :3
