thats not bad though an expert belt might be a better option. Still once again surprise is usually better than whats expected. Im working on my specs kingdra at the moment,

Modest, 252 SpA, 252 HP, swift swim (meant to be on a rain dance team), Draco meteor, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, and Brine. (the one i have knows hp grass like 38 or sumthing lame like that -.-;)

ya but that ones a little more predictable, once a blissey sees the sub go up it might suspect a focus punch, and it might switch to a ghost of some kind like dusknoir. But nobody uses a CB on a gengar, so that has a huge surprise value

lol, well you could teach it brick break, thatd not only give you better coverage but would also deffinatly 2HKO blissy without SR, or focus punch although that requires a lot of prediction

ive seen a choice banded latias b4, but i still dont see the point of a banded gengar -.-... So what if it has good type coverage itll still be doing less damage than an adamant max attack tyranitar without an item. Meh i guess the movepool makes up for that somewhat, and that explosion should do a fair bit...
