Oh yes. I remember what the issue was. You can't start with Floatzel. It's the evolved form of Buizel. You can start with a Buizel, but because Floatzel doesn't become a Floatzel until level 26, you can't start with it, seeing as your pokemon starts at level five. If you could change that, then I'd be happy to add you. :D

First, Say Charmander learns Ember at level 8. As a move Tutor, Charmander now learns it at level 6 instead. That's the way it works for all pokemon you own.XD

Second, an RP day lasts as long as it lasts. I can't put it anymore clearly than that.Some days last longer than others, because some people do more things in a day. But if the day drags on too long, I'll make it the next day myself.

Third, yes. Yes you can teach a fire type a water move. But be prepared to spend a lot of ABP. A whole lot. XD Same with Legendary moves. You can teach them, but it will be very expensive.
