WOW, it seems as though you started enjoying the franchise just as I did. I first saw the anime and I've stuck with it ever since. I still watch it and I've got to say, it has improved for Ash. I also collected the cards, but never understood the entire concept of the TCG. However, I too played real life Pokémon, along with things like real life Digimon and more, lol.

No, sadly there aren't many actually there are no mountains here in Florida. There is sand, sand, and then beaches. ^_^

Anyway, how did you end up getting to like Pokémon?

Oh my gosh, yes. I always love to have originality more than anything else. I rather be my own person and enjoy my own style rather than follow something that everyone does sometimes.

Yeah, I was clueless on graphics at first too, except, the surprising thing is that it was this forum that got me into it. It is really strange how things work out for us when you least expect it at times.
