Speedrunning Cress I'm trying to speedrun Pokemon Black/White. I know Tepig is the fastest, but I can't defeat Cress. Tepig should be able to easily defeat Cress, but Panpour keeps OHKO'ing Tepig with Water Gun. How am I supposed to beat the game in less than 10 hours? P.S. DON'T LOCK THIS THREAD!

Pokemon Fan Games are technically not Freeware, because Pokemon Essentials, the only Engine capable of making a Pokemon Game, requires RPG Maker XP, which is a proprietary software that costs 30 dollars, so technically, Pokemon Fan Games cost 30 dollars.

My computer got a virus early this year, so I had to completely reformat it, and I can't afford RPG Maker XP, by both money and virus definitions. Could there, in the near future, be an engine that can run and edit RMXP projects without having to pay for RPG Maker XP?
