A very good moveset for Lugia is: Aeroblast Fly Sky Attack Psychic That's the best I can do. BTW, he is Psychic/Flying (as you all know), so he should know moves equivalent to his elements. Beat that.

Yeah, I don't hack PKMN. I just beat the game and now I'm bored. I don't trade any hacked PKMN, though, and thats a good thing. Anyway, it is pretty fun, but only after you have completely beaten the game.
