Yeah, I've decided to start branching out on the board, rather than just meditate on literally four or five forums. I'm thinking of invading the RP forum too, depending on how successful Beautiful Line is.

As for fanfics, that's a tough order, actually. A lot of fics are either:

1. Down.
2. Badly written/heavily OOC.
3. Shippy (which usually goes back to #2).
4. Include Bill as only a side character, typically during a trainer fic.

A few that I can recommend (other than the ones I've posted on my fanauthoring journal or my FFNet account -- and don't bother with Warp Series and Good Day, Dear Sky because I realize both are hideous) that are still up and not too shippy (unless you want those too) are:

Akan, by Ketsuban. (She does a lot of Machisaki -- Lt. Surge x Bill -- fic, but a lot of it tends to be crack.)
Ethics and Science by roleplay4life
Milk by Nausbunny
Prologue Part 1 (Unfortunately, there is no part 2 and so forth.)

If you'd like any more, I could spend a bit more time digging through my favorites. It's been awhile since I've cleaned the folder anyway.

Any Ground Type that Raichu can actually hit with HP Ice / Grass is dead usually. :P
