The reason there was because the new showrunners didn't like how Colin portrayed the Doctor's character, which was entirely unfair because Colin is a brilliant actor. It was really the writers' faults. But then they got new people in who wanted to refresh the show, so... yeah. Colin's amazing though. <3 He's Doctor Who's biggest advocate which is brilliant especially the way they treated him back then.

Like I said, I ship everything. Unless I find it too weird. Like I would never ship Three/Jo because it's such a father/daughter relationship. Or One with any of the original companions. Or Ten.5/Donna or Ten/Jenny. You know?

I've always tried not to rate or favour a Doctor incarnation above the others, but usually the one I'm currently watching is my favourite. Three at the moment. <3 But Nine is my special Doctor because he was my first. :>

I adored series 1 & series 4 the most tbh. As a whole. Nine and Donna just made them for me, omg. <33

See, I'm not a major shipper of that pair. First off because it's canon and second because i dont ship het they're cute and all but not my favourite. Like... it's an indisputable fact that they were romantic. And then people sorta divide into two extremes: anti-shippers and DOCTAHROES4EVA people.

My main ship is definitely Doctor/Master though. Others include two/jamie & three/brig & amy/rory & eleven/craig & eleven/river & nine/jack & five/turlough etc etc.

Very insane. I've turned my friends by having them over for NuWho marathons. :> Five people from that & two who show up even though they know it already. We've done series 1&2 and are doing 3 this Friday/Saturday~
