Whimsicott and Reuniclus are OU, IIRC. You'll have to find Pokemon that work well with your current lineup. Try checking the OU Analyses forum in Smogon.

What Pokemon would you want to use?

To give you the basics, OU (overused) is the tier where people use the "standard" Pokemon in battle because of their good stats and/or movepools. UU (underused) is where the Pokemon that aren't good enough in OU are battled. Some UU Pokemon are sometimes seen in OU.
