For me it was getting Surf for the first time. I eventually gave up and made my older brother do it.

I caught myself a Caterpie or Metapod and evolved it into Butterfree. I didn't really think about using Nidoran or Mankey.

I could never stop playing these games. I sometimes restart them for challenges but usually I just like going through my box to see what I forgot I had.

I had to send Pokemon over from my Blue and Yellow versions in order to beat him. And even then I still had troubles.

For me it was Koga. Poison + Minimize + Muk's defense = Anger...

I didn't like their look but I enjoyed their motives and how they had the three commanders. I also liked how they tied the plot in with legendaries.

I found them to be a nice addition, mostly because they gave me something to do after the main story. I hardly ever use any of them, though.

Mine is definately Platinum since it has a lot of additions, and the gyms are updated as well as the Elite 4's cool new rooms. The Distortion World and Battle Frontier also help that vote...
