An IP address is a set of numbers that give an identity to a modem. Using somebody's IP address it is quite easy to find out a lot of things about them, including the location of their internet service provider. Basically it is an easy way to stalk somebody. But really. You loved him so much and he blindly followed some rumors some idiot spread around? This is terrible. I am now positive that you should check out his recent activities in all websites he participates in (Facebook, for example), to see if you can get any leads on who framed you.

When you find the one who spread the rumors, check if he has any accounts on any websites like facebook. If he does, give me a link, and I'll make sure to give him a hard time.

Yeah if you want snow come to Canada its speeding with less snow but its still alot and then playing in it is super fun but when you have to scoop it up so you can drive now thats something else.

This sounds suspicious, and I can only find two reasons behind that:
1) Your ex-boyfriend was a gullible idiot who believed rumors spread by some random person (In which case, you need to find the random person so that we can give him a hard time).
Or,
2) Your ex-boyfriend set this up because he was a jerk who wanted to get rid of you, in which case, he needs to pay.
Either way, he slapped you, and it is never okay to hit a girl. What confuses me is the motivation behind your best friend. The fact that she is your best friend obviously means that the first case is true with her, so she just believed in random rumors. What you need to figure out if it was your ex-boyfriend that spreaded those rumors or some random idiot. And whoever did it needs to pay.

What happened to cause that? Whatever it was, I'm sure it was a misunderstanding, no need to worry about it. Best friends do not come and go that easily, and I'm sure things will be okay.

About the breakup, don't be upset about it. It just proves that he wasn't good enough, and you definitely deserve better. There are jerks out there, and they are not worth being upset about. You just have to remember that your friends will always be there for you (Including the one who slapped you, I insist on the fact that it was a misunderstanding), and things will get better.
