If you plan for it to be a small hack, then post it in Slideshow Showcase. If your hack will change the story, then post it in Progressing Hacks. Use Lunar IPS to make a patch of your hack and include a download from somewhere like Dropbox or Mediafire. Check out other posts in Progressing Hacks...

This is brilliant. Now I can have an easier time making gym leaders and make my hack go the way I want it to. Question: can we disable some of them? For example maybe I want people to need a gym badge to use surf, but I want to keep all the others. Sorry if you have explained but I am my phone.

Dunno what list he'll be using then, was going to do it in alphabetical order using Pokemondb.net list of attacks in Pokemon. I do have some questions. Could you tell me where to find the hex values for move types? Like in your Pound example, 0x00 = normal. Also, I get the Bitfield to binary...

I have knowledge on this but my first thought was the move Outrage, which confuses the user on it's third hit. Maybe you could take a look at that and try and bend it to your will.
