They aren't listed is because they are special (promo) cards that can't be found in booster packs. You can only get them from the Mewtwo Mayhem or Pikachu Power theme decks.

Thats not even a Pokemon card.

Mainly for the nostalgia, because Evolutions features original artwork. Charizard was and still is a very popular card.

The Mewtwo has slight scratches on the holo and faint wear on the edges. Does that make it so its less than $7 ($9.25)?

Thanks. Unfortunately the Mewtwo has very small scratches on the holo part, would that drag down the value? The scratches are only noticeable if you look really close.
