    How do I make it stop reacurring if I step on it again?

    Yeah, you're going to need a level script for that. What that means is that it'll activate as soon as you walk into the map. Let me try to write it for you a sec, and then I can show you how it works. Hopefully that should help you understand it more. And thank you for the offer, I might take you up on it sometime.

    Yeah,but it didnt activate,I had to walk back to it.When the script is over,Oak walks away than when I move the oak ow reappears,but atleast the script doesnt go again.And on the nickname when I hit yes it still goes to the text..But lets see what you can do.And sometime around if Im free ill help you with your hack.
    It's a hack of FireRed, where you catch your first Pokemon in the Safari Zone. Haven't got much done past that, though.

    I'm working on a hack of my own right now, but I'd be glad to help you with your hack, especially in the area of scripting. I just learned it a few weeks ago, but I think I've got a pretty good hold on it. I've been programming (Java/PHP/C++/Assembly) for a few years now, so this isn't completely new to me.
    Um,its hard to say,its sorta like the original oak script from firered,but I made it as a greentile,so its probaly a trigger

    if 0x1 goto @take and I got the pkmn but than the nickname thing stayed on there while oak walked away,he didnt even say good luck...
    So you don't actually have to go to Viridian City to get a parcel?

    By the way, make sure PLAYER is actually [player] and to end your movements with 0xFE.
    Oh,thats the prob. lol,when the hero walks out the house oak is supposed to tell him what to do than gives him a pkmn,but I dont really know how to work with givepkmn and applymovements at the same time.What should be taken out,if you could,think you can take out the stuff and leaves whats supposed to be there.Thanks,ill look over it
