I guess I must fail. Either that, it sensed a weird crazy Nidorina-loving girl and didn't want to be found, captured, and evolved. She wanted to enjoy her childhood...speaking of FireRed, I miss those Pokemon. Wartortle and Nidorina are two of my favorites...and they're the only members on my team. xD But FRLG bores me. RBY doesn't...but I'm in no rush to beat them. I take my time. I haven't even beaten Red on SoulSilver.

Well, I think the Safari just makes it more difficult. And if I remember correctly, it's harder to find Nido male's in Blue/LeafGreen than it is for Nido female. I spent FOREVER looking for a Nidoran female in FireRed. FOREVER. But I got one...so...I'm good. Too bad there movepools aren't great. I don't wanna evolve them. :/

You should get Red. I like the version exclusives in Red better than Blue's. :/ Last time I was playing Blue, I think I caught a Nidorino...which took me three trips to the Safari Zone to do and took an hour altogether. >.<

Well, mine is mostly based on the RBG arc, so that's how far I might go myself. I've yet to find decent scans of EToP, though. But the games are my first priority.

Nope, you don't want to spoil it. I remember being quite fascinated with Greek and Egyptian mythology when I was in fifth grade. I've become more intrigued by your fic.

That's pretty much my progress so far. I'm also playing the games and reading Special (seeing as both are similar) to get where I want to be. I'm also basing it on some of Lovecraft's stories, that humans are nothing compare to what else is out there. What really got me going was reading His Dark Materials, though.
That's a rather neat idea, having a Legendary Mythos. I've seen some people try that, only to fail and abandon it after several chapters. I hope you're successful in your goal.
