What I try to do is upload one or more pics, wait a few hours or days after recieving a few medals and if I see that there's no more hope for more medals then I take it down lol. On one hand, to see how popular my edited photos will get. On second hand, to get medals on pictures from my Photodex. I once encountered a picture of someone who had a much less photo score (around 20K or 200K?) but had much more medals (like 100K or even 1 million? Can't remember). RNG sure works in mysterious ways :O

Totally xD I regret not putting it in my Photodex (was only a 1-Star pic), but there was already a 1-Star pic of these two Starlys/Starlies(?) on the wooden terrace that spread their wings out so nicely and where I barely got over 4000+ points after many times that I decided to keep that one.
Maybe I'll get to see the Meowth pic in-game before you take it down.

I had Burst-Mode occasionly when I really wanted to get, let's say, Vivillions wings in a statisfying position. Other than that, I have it mainly off because with it I really have to be 100% sure on a pokemon before I click the snap button.

Oh yeah, I remember doing only a few of those "conciously", like the yawning Torterra. I think I got a lot of them just randomly xD Like got a certain Star-Pic of a Pokemon and boom! Random notification "Requested completed!" without knowing what it was lol.

Put Milotic as the 4th and you got my order xD Pretty nice how they made every boss somehow unique, given the limitations.

Regarding the difficult 4-Star Pics: I remember Serebii asking the Communities to post interactions that they might've missed. Ngl, it was tempting, but I had to ignore that, since I don't want to spoil myself - including how to get some 4-Star Pics :3 But I get what you mean, sometimes it's hard to get them...exceeeeept if you make a super random shot that makes no sense, which is suddenly classified as a 3-Star or 4-Star pic xD Luckily, with a few pokemon, there are more ways to get them make a 3- or 4-Star behaviour.

Not the biggest Wishiwashi fan either, but find it interesting how they went like "Let's make a boss out of a pokemon's unique ability" :)

I guess I can spoil you now: Apparently, all Eeveelutions are in the game :D Personally I've only found Leafeon, Espeon and Vaporeon (I thin Glaceon too). Saw Sylveon in a stream. So yeah, only a few left.

I just opened it, deactivated the blue-filter on my PC and scrolled through the first three lists while staring at their names and Pokeballs.
All the same colour to me xD Maybe I'm really colourblind or Excel doesn't show me for whatever reason.

I only got one Two Star one back on May 4th - which, to this day, is my highest rated photo for whatever reason xD
Explore the way you like :) My advice: Don't clinge too much on trying to obtain the best scores. Trust me, this can be driving you insane xD I try to have diversity in my Photodex for each picture. Let's say for one Pokemon, 1-Star picture is full-body shot &looking to the left. The 2-Star a close-up of its face & looking to the camera or to the right, and so on.

I know. Same with my Sword Game. Good thing that the Switch keeps track of it, but only until 9999 hours btw :O There were people so addicted to a certain title, that they've reached this level - which is spending 1 year, 2 months and almost 3 days only on one title (just calculated it, lol).

True. But that's also what makes New Pkmn Snap good imo. The bosses have some variety & a certain challenge to them.

Same, Sword kinda showered me with shinies xD I think I told you once before, but after Sword from what I remember: Gold (2 without Gyarados), Sapphire (1 - Wurmple lol), all other games I played none xD

Manaphy, the legendary you could only get via Pokemon Ranger which sold only 1.3 million copies or so compared to DPs 13+ mio? Can't remember. And yeah, maybe as a event giveaway, too lazy to check now lol. Gen 4 introduced like 10-15 legendaries which, to this day, is still mind-blowing :O Wonder how many we will be able to get in-game tho.

Actually, you kinda spoiled me but you wouldn't be the first one tbh xD After I finished the story, I watched other people play this on YT and they also spoiled me by discovering something I've completely missed :O But do I really care at that point? I've beaten the story of New Pkmn Snap, locked in 50 hours and registered 183 or 193 Pokemon or something like that, but yeah. Found all the pokemon you mentioned so far (except Sylveon - one YTer saw it and Eevee...did I see Eevee? Can't remember. Regarding the Eeveelutions, I've heard that *shuts mouth* :X). And I didn't see some behaviours, like Shaymin riding Meganium? Sounds hilarious xD Already have all pictures of it (1, 2, 3 & 4 stars, altough one or two could be better :X Tried several times but couldn't get it closer to the camera with the behaviour I want.

I think I stopped playing Snap a little bit because of that Shaymin part and also because whenever I turn this game on, I easily waste a few hours xD Could do that while I was on vacation last week and on days off in 1st half of May, but not so much now xD I have to boot it up someday and get better shots of certain pokemon. If you're a perfectionist like I am when it comes to snapping Pokemon, then well...this could become a problem xD

Glad to hear that you love New Pkmn Snap so far :D Bandai Namco really did a great job making them feel lively. Before this game released, Beautifly was just a weak competitve pokemon in my eyes. But when I saw it the first time in Snap - oh boi. Not only cute but also beautiful :D Kinda fell in love haha

If you'd have to ask me which Gen 1 shinies I find best, then I would have to think about it. Only Gyarados comes to my mind rn, but you already have that one.

Shiny Heatmor and shiny Garbador were both shinies that I encountered in Sword face-to-face for the first time. I have to admit, they look awesome! :O Sadly I wasn't able to catch them in the balls I wanted so they escaped and since then I never saw them again. Maybe one day tho.

Well, mistakes were made :O I just released an Adamant Ralts offspring, which is better then the first one I hatched (is male). Oh well, since I have one Adamant Ditto, I could rebreed it anytime if I really want to. Doing Toxel now.

True. I think the forms that came with Platinum + the new, some unseen typing before is what made me like Rotom much more :) Altough, if I would ever recieve/catch one with a Moon Ball, then I wouldn't be sure which form would fit most for it - I guess Fan Rotom?

Oh boi, this doesn't sound like fun :O If I had known you needed a male Togekiss then I could've helped you a little bit there (maybe). Unless I didn't suprise trade it away, I caught a male Togetic. Could've evolved it into Togekiss, which you would've put in the daycare with the female one who knows that egg move, so it learns it from her. Oh well, I guess your way did also work out.

Sounds nice. You should try running from Route 1 all the way to 21. Maybe you'll find a Overworld Shiny on the way, you never know :)

Great. Looked through it again - I'll settle with HA Dream Ball Espurr (the shiny looks nice btw :O) and HA Dream Ball Munna :) Both female if it is possible.
Also noticed that you have all Apriball Rotoms except for a Moon Ball one - that's nice :) Rotom is also one of my favourite pokemon.

Now that you mention it, you're right. Only OW encounters were the legendaries, so I hope that they will be visible, if possible.
If they include the PokeRadar again, then we could see the "shiny Grass patches" again :D

More because of the latter reason. There are just a few pokemon that are 100% one gender only in my head - like Lopunny (female), Configarus (male, too lazy to look up pronounciation), Machamp (male), etc.

I used Ultra Ball for Shinies back then because I was convinced that it was the most effective one xD Then I used Repeat Balls lol. Nowadays I use whatever ball I want the shiny to be in it. And yes, whenever I see a shiny I'm not too enthusiastic about it, because I know & expect that I probably won't catch it xD

Not sure if DPPt had Apriballs coded in back then before HGSS were released. Even if not, you should be able to transfer Apriballmons to BDSP, especially since SwSh made them kinda easy to obtain & provided its one of the games "allowed Pokemon". Let's not forget that ILCA, who developed Pokemon Home, is working on BDSP. I'm pretty sure that they are working - or will be working - on an Home update too. Gen 8 is a mess when it comes to Pokemon compability. One reason they probably made Home is so the people want to download the app to see which Pokemon they can transfer to which game xD

Oh and I'm glad that they included quite a number of "scrapped SwSh Pkmn" in Pkmn Snap :D I won't spoil anything for you (because I didn't look up the "Available Pkmn in Snap" list once Serebii finished it and I'm glad I didn't). Makes you appreciate the Pokemon much more once you see them :D

Same - I mean GF managed to program that in Let's Go, why didn't they do the same with SwSh? This is one of those tiny yet bad mistakes of them. Let's hope that ILCA won't do the same mistake with BDSP.

Shiny Lopunny is nice - not only was the one I caught ages ago in a Ultra Ball, but it was also a male one >.< Since then it dwells in my box. Used it occasionly a few times back then for Max Raid Battles but that's it.

Finally you'll start New Pkmn Snap :D Can't wait to hear your thoughts on that one.
