Are you using a bigger screen size? Essentials 16 have a problem with bigger resolution, "cropping" some tiles. I recommend updating to the most recent version.
Hello again, when Eevee tries to evolve to Espeon I get this error:

Well, I'm using Essentials v19.1, and when I use Thief in wild Pokémons and stole their item, after the battle, my Pokémon does not maintain the item. In v17.2 it works fine, I tried to fix this, but I'm lacking the knowledge for it.
Sorry, forgot to tell that by default, no map has Snapedges. By the way if you want to learn more about the metadata, read this: https://essentialsdocs.fandom.com/wiki/Metadata.
Also, if you enter the metadata using the essentials editor you can see all the parameters for each map, even if they...
Open the metadata.txt in the PBS folder, and it should be like this (This is an example of an outdoor area):
[001]
#Map Name
Outdoor = true
ShowArea = true
SnapEdges = true
If you are not connecting maps, you can set the metadata to "Snapedges = TRUE" which means, if the player get close to the border of the map, the camera will stop following them.
When I leave a Pokémon at day care, I get this message:
[Pokémon Essentials version 19.1]

[v19.1 Hotfixes 1.0.3]
[EBDX v1.2]
Exception: RuntimeError
Message: Script error in event 1 (coords 7,3), map 24

Again, I put your txt file inside my game, and the names are correct. The only thing is when compiled, my game changed the internal number to 810. So, I don't know what is wrong with your game for real, sorry.
Can you share your Pokemon.txt file? I don't see anything wrong with your "Torv" alone. I added that TORV Pokémon you created to my game, and It showed the name and internal correctly.
