Yes. All Pokemon that belong to N are the same. I'm not sure if you know, but you can find more of N's Pokemon in the wild. They sparkle like shiny Pokemon.

Oh. You can only share keys over IR as far as I know. You have to find someone IRL to share keys. You can't do it over WIFI which is a bummer. That's why I said I was going to search my local GameStop for someone who had Black 2.

Also, just thought I should let you know that all you have to do is select "Send And Receive Keys" in the key system section to swap keys with another version. If you don't know how to do Infared, it's as simple as placing the DSs so the game carts are facing each other! That should help you to get more Regis.
