Ok, I looked and apperently you need to breed a female accelgor with it's hidden ability, with a male pineco or forretress that has spikes. That's the only way to do it apperently.

The female is the onle who passes down the hidden ability yes. So there was no way you could do it? That's a bummer, and I have no clue how to myself. Ok, well thanks for the help anyways.
