    I haven’t tried to import Pokemon data files yet, I make them myself most of the time, So I can’t help you there, sorry. (I will say if I figure it out, but only if nobody else have helped you yet.)

    I don’t know about the text thing, But I have a soloution for the other one. I would recommend not using pge to import sprites, Bc it can be really buggy. I use nse 2.0 to edit my sprites. Edit: it could also be that you overwrite some data. I don’t think that pge says if the image/text is to big.
