And oh no no, Toto, there's no need to be intimidated at all! There are plenty of staff members here to help you. (most of us are really nice) Remember, our job is to help out members, not intimidate them into a corner. And if you ask for assistance and do get completely snapped at, send me a PM about it. Because staff aren't to go eating off member's heads. (unless they actually are breaking the rules to a new level, etc) The main problem is when members ask for help and we can't get to them right away. But if you need help, you can count on me. I've got a pretty good track record of helping out in a timely manner (or so I think).
