O-kay the script you PMed is working perfectly
So it is checking that if the Pokemon Menu is activated or not and if it is activated it will say Good Luck and if it is not it will keep on saying "I can't wait...."
So Once I get Pikachu it will say the other message right?
By the way can I use that flag 828 in the event in which I get Pikachu?(You know since its used here :\ )

No You just have to make scripts for 2 pallet town people
The Pokedex and Pokemon Menu will be activated once you get Pikachu
If you want I can tell you what to do in the Pikachu event

Here's the work
You can make 2 scripts(Those are for 2 Pallet Town People that walk outside)
They should be saying a message like "Hey! [player]..Good luck on your adventure,etc,etc,"
And After we choose our Pokemon they speak some other sentence forever whenever u talk to them
Both scripts should have different Messages :D

So I need a Tileset Inserter then whenever I need help on scripting you can help me :)
