Since you're in Azelf's cavern where there are no NPC's, you can enter in-game, flip 10 coins first, make sure the coin flips match up to Hx6, T, Hx3 (if not reset and try again), and then proceed to do 372 journal flips. See the verification method in the spoiler. Opening the journal on a page with capture/defeat and flipping to those kind of pages advance +2. No other journal messages are known to advance the RNG. Just set up two consecutive or back-to-back pages for easy flipping.

Count by 20s or make tally marks or something! Don't count to 100s and lose track, lol. :P

This Seed has Frame 755, Delay 650.

You find the Seed's Frame by returning to the default/main menu. Change Method to Method 1 and paste Seed into Seed (Hex). Change some ivs to 31 to narrow results. image.

You find the Seed's Delay by copy pasting the Seed into the 4th Gen Tools > Seed to Time > Check bubble DPPt. Any date and second is fine; just be sure you can hit em. image.

If you want to use this seed, you will have to use a timer to help you hit delay 650. I personally would not bother with this seed because Frame 755 is mighty, for your first try! Would you like to look through the other available seeds? I found one with Delay 1060 and Frame 14, Seed 010b042f. Still, you have to use a timer to hit that delay of 1060. Don't try to hit higher delays blindly, lol. I'll have to see what timer works for gen 4... :(

3-5 ya? do it until your delay range is 10 (like 610-620 or whatever :B) and your second is consistent as possible (i.e. always the same second, dood). then youre considered pro.

you using iv code, i usually catch them off from solaceon. high levels dont matter.
