Kids are a huge responsibility, but can be really fun too. How old are they? If you feel like the relationship will work out and that she is serious and everything, practically speaking, kids need a father or at least a role model.

That makes sense to take it slow... girls with kids (from what I know) usually aren't as good with staying with guys long-term, so taking it slow will probably help you affirm that her interest wont move on quickly. But i dont have much experience obviously lol.

Im glad you are starting to get over the initial nerves and improving quickly! Its also awesome that you can preform your songs and not have to conform to some sort of karaoke deal. And rapping over just the beat is amazing too.

You will improve with experience as you get used to live mics and preforming in front of others. I dont know much, but I'm sure its quite an adjustment switching from only studio, where you can re-do as many times as you want to having only one chance in front of others.

I really liked the rain sounds and stuff at the beginning- I am a fan of outside noises like that in music. And I also thought that your voices contrast really well together... you have a deeper voice as opposed to her higher voice, which makes the song sound really nice. Its a song that 1) means a lot with a solid story 2) can be listened to over and over again (in my opinion, songs with stories usually dont have as much replay value for me, but yours did).I want to listen to the other songs you uploaded as well. How can you put your work on iTunes or something like that?

I have to review for my math exam a decent amount. English is sort of hit or miss, and then Ill have to study a good amount for chemistry. I hate chemistry.
So I listened to "bring me back to life" by evanescence and there is certainly a similarity between that singer's voice and the female singer in your song. They both have a "soft" sort of voice? I dont know how to describe it to be honest.
And both of you have a music connection, and have worked together, so conversation shouldn't be too big of an issue. You should go somewhere and "test the waters" so to speak. It sounds like you two would be a good fit, but then again, what do I know about relationships lol
