Fairy isn't even that strong tbh, it just hard counters Dragons and that's it. Fighting is already strong offensively so having something else to put it in check defensively is honestly quite valid.

I really hope you meant to say "Natures and EVs are one of the precise reasons you SHOULD use Gen3+" because they objectively make the game better. There is no sound logic that disagrees with this, it's an objective thing.

Have you tried just using FireRed then, or do you have a specific reason for using Red?

What exactly does the "FD 01" to "F9 05" change do? Is that just a literal increase on the cap? (If so, what are the values?)
