[Tool] Looking to remove EV yields from all Pokemon in Black2/White2, what program would I need?

Im planning on Nuzlocke'ing the game and wanted to remove EVs from them via a tool like G3T but obviously for gen 5. Does such a tool exist?

I've been watching PokemonChallenges stream Emerald Kaizo and liked the no EV aspect of the rom hack.

Other than for my own use, it would just be fun to know how to do something like that.

I've only ever gotten this to work with a blank rom but PRC is a good option from removing ev yields from all pokemon

This is for black and white put this link into the wayback machine and go to Dec 6 2016 and it will auto download.
To make sure it works you can use pokegen. If you load your save state you can check your pokemons ev and ivs if you rick click on them and click view data

This is about the only way to do it, yes. You'd have to do it that way with G3T on gen 3 as well, so 🤷

If I wanted to do other games, I need specific tools for each gen? I know G3T for gen 3, I was looking at Storm Silver (the rom hack of SoulSilver/HeartGold) after playing through BW2.

I've never tried it but it looks like Project Pokemon Rom editor could work

When you open it click file new project and insert the rom. Then click edit and click pokemon editor.
I'm not sure if you can modify a rom hack but you can definitely modify a base rom.
