nope. i just use paint. lol chaos rush inserted new moves to his game. I want to do that too. maybe add 40 new 4th and 5th gen moves and about 50 custom.

lol. yeah i know. I'm thinking of making a sequel but perfecting the first game first. Just earlier I learned to re color houses. You just take a house and another one then just switch palettes. I do that so the houses will look different in case some other hack uses the same house :)

well, i havent started yet. learning asm and testing it out on practice roms before i begin. also I;ve been quite busy lately. But if you go to the map ratings thread those were the 2 maps that were supposed to be in my game.

hey, im gonna post some never before seen maps by me that were supposed to be in blue flames. my mapping did improve btw.

yeah i know. Im probably only gonna use the mountain tiles and maybe the water but idk about tress because I dont like it when people compare my hack to another hack.

the hack is being restarted onto firered. I am currently learning ASM and since most rom hacking researchers research on BPRE (firered) I will pickup from there. With ASM I'm planning on adding pre battle mugs, new moves and a couple of other ASM stuff :)

Yup, gira and I enforce the three month rule as much as possible there. Its in place largely to prevent 'spammy' team threads from being accepted. When we didn't have the three month rule there were thousands of cases where people would join and rely on others to do the most basic things through team threads without even trying to hack for themselves. While there was nothing 'technically' wrong with them as they met all of the other requirements and there's no rule against what they were doing, nobody would ever join them and they just clogged up the forums becoming an eyesore. Plus, if you've been around the forums for more than three months then you're not likely to drop your projects in a week which was the norm.

Trust me, the benefits of it outweigh the negatives ;P

Unfortunately it just isn't substantial enough to be accepted - Just selecting an option from an options menu doesn't really necessitate a full thread dedicated to it. I'm not sure what you could do to get it to the point where it is acceptable since it is relatively simple and doesn't lend itself to much explanation.
