I'm FAIRLY certain that mouths are not that crooked. If it's not a nose then it's mouth is completely turned sideways, and that's HIGHLY illogical. So, I assumed that it was a nose.

Cianwood, probably. The Safari Zone is located there (well, very close) and it's a little peaceful town, not really disturbed by many things. The Safari Zone is a nice little place to get a few Pokemon as pets, you know? And the Sea! Who doesn't love the sea? ...even though I can't swim but...

I did it with a Blaziken in Emerald. I was, like, 7. That was only because I didn't know much about Pokemon, so the only pokemon I used was my Torchic, and it was the only getting levels. Mirror Move and Sky Uppercut were the two moves that helped me the most.
