Just from a glance, your team has a massive Ice Type weakness. Palkia is banned; you won't find many opponents willing to challenge you with that on your team. Yeah. EV spreads and Items and such are a must. Can't really help much without those.

You can only switch moves when you switch out your Pokemon. Unfortunately, its not refreshed after each KO =[ Didn't really get what you were trying to ask there at the end...

You ought to use Swift Swim as Ludicolo's special ability; Rain Dish sucks in comparison when you've already got Leftovers and Leech Seed for HP recovery. Setting up rain just to get a tiny bit of HP back every turn isn't worth it when you could otherwise be using the Rain to boost your speed...
