Hmm ok that makes sense. I wasn't seeing the point in pokemon fusions lol. Do you mind if I make a suggestion though? Maybe instead of doing a mega evolution subplot for Lunatone, you could make it so that Lunatone is genetically modified? I think that would make sense with Team Rocket. After all, they were the guys that were working on creating a genetically modified version of Mew in Kanto. So instead of Luster asking Team Rocket to give him the mega stone, he could ask them to genetically buff his Lunatone in exchange for Giratina, Dialga and Palkia. You don't have to listen to this of course, but I feel like that could be an alternate way of doing things, without having to implement Mega evolutions (which could be difficult if you're following gen 6 mechanics exactly).
