  • I'm actually adding regional variants of the Florges line in 2.0, so that'll probably rule it out of getting a mega. That idea works for mega Florges, though it does need another 30 BST somewhere!

I wouldn't do mega Vivillon just because of the sheer number of forms it has; palette swaps are one thing, but it's got different palettes and wing patterns for each form. It could have one generic mega for all forms, but that'd be a shame I think. I like the idea of the stat spread, but that's a 140 point increase, which is a bit too high!
The Light Ball change is really all Raichu needs: +2 252+ SpA Choice Specs Raichu Rising Voltage (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey in Electric Terrain: 585-688 (81.9 - 96.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO. Giving it anything else starts getting into broken territory very quickly.

I'll probably just add Volt Tackle as a tutor move at some point; there's no way I'm giving a stone evo with a 50% damage boost item a 120 BP STAB move on evolution haha. You can get Raichu before the second gym; Psychic on Alolachu was bad enough!

Misty Terrain with a fairy damage boost would be broken IMO; it's already got the best passive effect of all the terrains, and fairy is a much harder type to resist than the other terrain types. Immunities and 4x resistances to grass, psychic and electric are common, but fairy is very strong offensively and would just tear through 2x resistances with a terrain boost added in.

I've only got one free slot for mega stones after 2.0's new ones are added (I've already got Swanna, Zebstrika and Parasect sorted), but sure, I'd be interested!
Yeah their designs are a little too vertical to fit into GBA sprite. IMO Cinderace and Rillaboom are fine as they are, they're very strong already so they'll just be getting a wacky secondary ability they can use until they get their crazy hidden abilities. Sorry I do miss posts sometimes, they can get buried under other posts very quickly ??????.

I've considered water/ghost Inteleon; it doesn't really fit the mon, but it does work from the spy = spook = ghost angle (and it's not like Decidueye looks ghostly at all either, so there's that). Will consider it.

BBVW and the sequels were what got me into ROM hacking, so that's high praise! I've played BB2 far too many times, such a good hack.
Haha, guess so! Thanks, I try my best. I love the enthusiasm people have for my hacks, it's always nice to see someone enjoying them.

Yeah, it also gives it Electro Ball + Speed Boost which is a fun combo IMO.

I went with Thunder and Focus Blast as new additions, and it's already got Hypnosis as a bonus. Auto Gravity's pretty flexible in doubles; it opens up a lot of options if you build a team around it.

Thanks for the offer! There's always the decomp section of the forum if you want to learn! I'm currently doing everything offline to prevent spoilers so I can't really get help anyway, but after 2.0 I'll develop publicly again.
    Hey!
Greedent's an interesting one, Harvest on a non-grass type would be something a little different.
Haha, that's the second time we've had similar ideas for buffing a mon! Mega Orbeetle currently sets Gravity on switch in, but the regular form just gets to keep Compound Eyes and a Sp. atk buff.
I've given Boltund Speed Boost, Ice Fang and some slightly better offenses. Speed Boost + Electro Ball is fun on a special set, and a physical set is much better than usual with Ice Fang.

Will do! 2.0 is coming along a lot slower than I'd like, but it's getting there.
