Plan two of a Mean Looker: Since I'm too lazy to get myself an Umbreon (or bother asking you for a Murkrow and a Dusk Stone), I'm gonna try and get a Gastly, and maybe even get it to a Gengar. Though vulnerable to the Psychic attacks, Gengar has decent speed (can you believe how high it can get? O_O), and I suppose some decent moves...

Plus, there is a chance the opposing Pokemon can use Roar or Whirlwind, which I believe negates Mean Look's effect (or did the anime lie to me? DX).
