  • By any chance while you were in school did you ever come across a book that had a boat in it which was named Sprite.

I'm asking because I traced the picture of the boat from the book which got put up in my comprehensive school library's office window but unfortunately Ihave no idea what the book was called or who wrote it which is making it impossible to do a yahoo search.

If only I knew what it was lol, but that's the thing isn't it? Some books you remember reading and others you don't have a clue about. :(
I go to monday and wednesday club; to break up the week so I'm actually doing something, but I do sortof study on tuesdays this maths thing I'm doing up until the end of this year.

I sortof remember Words and Pictures, and lots more programmes either seen at school or home. But I don't think I ever got to see Joshua Jones. But it is kind of cool that someone in my fam has the exact same name as the main character from that show, but you probably have to first know the show I think.

I see you were more of a CBBC kid where as I was watching both CBBC and CITV, especially in the mid-1990s which I remember more of and programmes like The Demon Headmaster, but it doesn't have the same impact it did when I was a kid but that is the only show I'd never be able to watch nowadays.

Talk to you later dude. :)
Like Barney for example, which was a British animated children's series about a sheepdog called Barney from the late 1980s so you most likely saw it but may not know it since you were born in 1990.

"Do you know where to go when you're feeling all alone? ...to Barney!"

    Barney - Barney's Christmas Surprise
Barney - Barney Gets Into Mischief

They should put some of these shows back on to british television. :)

P.S. Did you ever read a book called Dog Breath: The Horrible Trouble With Hally Tosis or even Woof! maybe?. The book that became the tv series on citv I think it was. :) Each series a different boy turned into a dog. First it was Eric, then Rex.
So what kids shows did you watch or remember watching? Thought I should ask as MSN has a discussion titled kids shows we want back. I can think of a few that should be on instead of what they are showing nowadays which I posted there.

Dangermouse, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Captain Planet, Chip and Dale, Gummi bears were just some of them. :) Bump (The Elephant) but I posted that for someone I know that may like Bump.
The old one had only 256MB of ram? I think that's why I play games that don't need to be online, because of my computer's setup. The graphics card and some of the other bits may be new but it's had the same MB of ram since I bought the thing.
It says Pewter City, Johto in the bottom left where it says in-game location.

P.S. You don't have a desktop PC then?
Well this is some good news Telltale games are releasing the first of Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures on PC and XBOX Live Arcade this spring. :)

April hip hip hooray!! XD. I just hope Telltale will have them on Steam like they do with Sam and Max.
Not exactly no, because the worst of the snow was more towards the east. We just got a thick blanket of snow tuesday morning, but it still made things difficult.
When it comes to all things british, what do you think of? :D

As for myself I have posted a list of british actors/actresses and other notable people which I have quite a good number of names to post in the rather classy british group. :)
I did too. Although it was the first time I watched the queen's speech, and thanks for saying you will take pictures of your pokemon stuff. :)
    I don't know lol, it's a good little car I guess.

Now that you did watch W&G on the 25th of december, were you someone who did the same for the queen's christmas message?
10,000 cards? That's awesome :D lol. Maybe you can show pictures of the stuff that you have. :)

I'd suggest hanging on to all that stuff, especially the stuff you got first like how my Charmander will be for a long while yet. :D
Only in the few pokemon roleplays I have taken part in.

That is amazing yeah - and I know exactly what you mean I don't play the games anymore either, but I did complete PMD blue rescue team, Silver, Crystal and Sapphire. Also had Pokemon Yellow, didn't play it much tbh, and most of what else the UK sold that was to do with pokemon. :)

I still got the basic Charmander ornament thing. I will post a picture of it.
    Charmander

Yeah my signature is fine the way it is now.

Btw did you watch the Wallace & Gromit short A Matter of Loaf and Death on christmas day?
Well it's good. I have something similar but with Jolteon in my album here and at photobucket.

Btw aren't water pokemon cool?. In the GSC games I had Totodile all the way up to Feraligatr. lvl 81. :)
    Yeah Kehaar was the seagull.

I used to have the Bright Eyes scene as a video in my profile, but changed it because I thought it was a little dark and disturbing like you said.
