Thanks! Very nice way to state your preference too. I don't hate the other starters, I just PREFER Fire ones. Empoleon is THE HEAT though! If I had to bet on which would win in a battle between Empoleon and Infernape, I'd probably bet on Infernape only if it was EV trained ^^;

I've recently acuired all three starters and I find them all very good, but I personally prefer Chimchar, but that's probably because I'm a fire <3-er :D As for all those who are putting down fans of Chimchar, SHMAE BE UNTO YOU!! >:( We aren't making fun of your preferences!!

I don't really like either very much, in psychic Legendary terms, I prefer Latias/Latios or Jirachi and for water I prefer Kyogre or Palkia. Houndoom came from the 2nd gen, and that's one of my faves. <3

Yes, they were wonderful pokemon if you managed to catch them, but they did have horrible movesets. Aurora Beam and Bubblebeam were disgusting when paird with Suicune. Entei (if they had had double types then) should've been Fire/Ground type, it would've suited it better, and instead of just...

Yes. The 3 legendary dogs weren't all that original though, as they nearly followed the type footsteps that Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos left behind. Although it was the first Poke' game to have them run from you, which made it more challenging :D
