  • Oh my. I could have sworn I replied to your last VM. I am so so sorry about that. I didn't intend to just ignore you like that at all.
Do you need help getting Petilil? I can breed my Lilligant if you want.

As an FYI, you need a Sun Stone to get Lilligant from Petilil. You can theoretically evolve it at Level 1; however, you can't learn a lot of Petilil's moves while leveling up, so I recommend handing it an Exp. Share and having someone else battle Audinos, or hand it the Lucky Egg and swap on the first turn for someone else to do the fight against the Audinos.

So yeah, if you need a Petilil, I can Ditto one for you. :) Or if you want a certain Egg move that it can learn, I'll see if I can.
I don't know to be honest, but you can click on a random forum that interests you and post in any of the threads there, as long as they've been posted in within a month; any threads not posted in after a month is "thread necromancy"
I mainly rate teams on the Competitive Battling Center forum, but I post in other threads too.

If you don't know what to do, you can always post in the various threads here or talk to other people on PC.
I know what you mean. Fortunately I've had a lot more time as of late. Well, I did until now. Now I'm busy again, and just being on the computer right now is procrastinating.

The first dungeon? I never really had a problem until the third, and that was mostly the boss fight. Stone Tower Temple was evil though. Pure evil.

Well my team always ends up being near and dear to me, admittedly. However, I restart quite a lot for challenges, so they kind of fade into the past. There are a few members of my team I still remember, though, just for how good they were. I sometimes play with teams that my RP or story characters have, and it does give some degree of inspiration. I mean, they are in a video game, so I don't grow extraordinarily fond of them or anything, but it's kind of like a stuffed animal, per se.

See, I could never write poetry. I attempt to put some poetic phrasing into my narrative, but poetry by itself? I am terrible at it. So I tip my metaphorical hat to you. Also, I'd say you want to keep a consistent theme. For example, having Lilligant as an avatar and a random anime or game character as a signature might not work very well together. It would be rather chaotic, I might say.

Oh, I agree. I know that I like to debate things, just not in mixed company. In fact, I don't like angry arguments at all, but the blame often gets put on me if I find myself mixed up in one. Well I think we all start to develop a personality for different types of people. But shyness and other factors can make the way you act seem very similar. I don't know if you get what I'm saying at all. It's hard to word. xD

Mostly morals. Some for health. I think you should at least try it, for the experience. Who knows, you may not want to stop.

I've got my entire sleep pattern reversed now, and right before I have to start getting up in the morning. Fantastic, huh? Do you ever do that?

I used commas whenever I pause in speech. So at least I'm accurate in one respect. I also use periods like that, I believe. A lot of my sentences are broken and fragmented. That said, I can tell apart similar words very accurately, and rarely do I get them mixed up. (lay and lie. they'll kill you.)

Okay, well again I have taken my time to reply. My apologies. It's quite a lot to digest, but I can handle it. Long conversations are the most fun. x]
So I've heard, and if I could get my hands on the game I definitely would play it. Why five years, though, just out of curiosity? I find that in the last maybe ten to fifteen years there have been some amazing games with amazing stories (more the ten than the fifteen, but still). But that's just my preference.

She was very interactive, wasn't she? I think it was likely because Midna was a main character of the game, as opposed to a feature put into the game to explain things. She had a story, and a personality, something that the prior guides really didn't have. She also helped out in battle, with moves and all, which made me like her more for some reason.

I liked Majora's Mask because it provided a different kind of atmosphere compared to the other games of the series. Gameplay was never fantastic, but there was just something to like about the imagery in the game. Or the symbolism, or music, or something. I don't know if you ever had the clock run out on you while playing, but the Game Over for Majora's Mask was very memorable, especially if you really did run out of time.

Ah, well I don't know if you played through the entire story yet, but you'll figure it out if you haven't. I can remind you, if you have though? Oh, well I can understand that, though I never really wanted perfection from my Pokemon. I rather enjoy watching their stats grow from whatever they face up, instead of carefully picked opponents, personally. They always end up being unique, and it's pretty cool. Well, for me it is. xD

I do write fanfiction and original works, on occasion. Really though, I think that any type of creative work is some degree of talent, which you have shown. And about the stealing, I don't guess I can really explain it, but thank you for your offer. I might take you up on that offer. x]

Well that's a good thing. We should definitely get along just fine then, as it seems we have been. I never did understand the tendency to start fights though. I have been told that I'm very argumentative , which usually doesn't not surface online. Do you have any traits like that, that only show up in certain situations?

Oh, well I'm sorry. Allergies? Allergies can be really annoying, I understand. I think I'm allergic to...shellfish. I'm a vegetarian though, so none of that matters any longer. I'd hate to be allergic to something I liked though. :/

You just keep writing more and more though, and I feel like matching what you write, not that it's been particularly difficult to find content thus far.

One word. Commas. Commas will be my downfall. (as will several other things, according to me.) What kind of mistakes do you make anyways? I've hardly seen them. And thank you very much. I feel like I'm a bit too repetitive with words actually, especially those ending in 'ly.' Oh, and what kind of writing classes have you taken? I mean, unless it's just writing in general (I assumed the classes would be a bit more specific.)

Oh, well feel free to PM me if there's anything you have any interest in saying. I'm not trying to solicit information or anything. xD

Sorry it took so long for me to reply to this. Not only did I have somewhere to be yesterday, but today I tried to put a lot of time into this. There is a lot to reply to, and I wanted to touch on all points fully. x3
Definitely. A short conversation will run dry very quickly. With lots to say there's lots to reply to.

Oh well I loved Wind Waker. It was an excellent game, so maybe you should try it some time. On another note, I've played all of the games, save Link to the Past, that you've played, along with a few others like Majora's Mask, the Minish Cap, and Skyward Sword (also much better than I expected.). I was never so sure about Midna either, but I grew to love her character after a while, even when she was sarcastic and surly. Tetra is pretty sarcastic and surly too, but she was very likable, I thought.

I never did get a Gothita. I meant to train one, but it never happened. Oh well. There are so many Pokemon from each gen I want to use for a playthrough, it isn't even funny. Maybe I'll even use a team of 'bad' Pokemon, and see if I can beat a game.

Well I got White, and intend to get White 2, despite the legend switch. I did like having the Pokemon of ideals though. It seemed oddly...fitting, for me. In any case, I do seem to remember that person, but I didn't want a Cottonee, so I passed them by. You sound dedicated, though, to try and perfectly train your Pokemon. I never have put that much thought into an in-game Pokemon, especially since I don't do competitive battling. Do you do competitive battling, just out of curiosity?

Well I try to keep the conversation moving, since it would be kind of disappointing if it went dead. Unfortunately, I can usually only comment on things with my own stories, and I feel like a bit of a narcissist. There are more 'I's than 'you's in my speech. In any case, I was referring more to my writing, since I'm not a very good artist in the respect of imagery. I wouldn't call anything I've written a masterpiece though, otherwise I probably would have posted it. I wish I had your talent though, so I didn't have to steal (nasty word, but technically it's true. a lot of people here seem to do it, though.) avatars and signatures from other people.

Well I'll make my best attempt not to make you angry then, since I can be something of a self-righteous (naughty word of your choice). I have strong opinions, and sometimes it gets the better of me, but people like you, even if we disagreed, wouldn't be difficult to get along with. Aspiring cat lady? I don't know. Have cats or something.... I grew up around cats, and have raised them for the longest time. Cats~

Well I'll try my hardest to surpass you then. Don't know if I managed it, but I definitely can ramble on.

Oh, and just out of curiosity, do you write? Or maybe roleplay? Because you seem to have an excellent vocabulary, or at the very least, the grammar skills to do it well. Who knows? What does interest you anyways?
Well when I first saw it I thought of this Tetra, and not the number. The keets are adorable though, and so fluffy looking. So I must say that your username was much more inspired than mine, which was literally the only thing I could think of when I saw a pixelated star sprite. It was convenient though, since it saved me the trouble of toiling over a name.

So you're two favorite types are Grass and Flying? I'm actually a fan of Electric types overall, but I have so many individual favorite Pokemon. I have to say that Lilligant is at my number one though. Speaking of which, do you plan on getting White 2, since Lilligant is one of the version exclusives? I know I do. I've been avoiding spoilers though. It's pretty hard.

Well I'm definitely here to talk about just about anything if you'd like. I enjoy conversations with people. And I know how you feel about being too nervous to post things. I've spent great deals of time on some things, only to not post them because I couldn't work up the nerve. At least you used the avatar, since it's so pretty. x3

I was definitely not expecting to get that emblem (or any, for that matter), but I did feel special when I got it. I'd say by the way you write, that you're one of the nicer new members around. You speak well, for one, and you seem to know what you're talking about. This is coming from the girl who's barely been here a month and a half, though.

Still, thank you for what you said about how I write. Now if only I could transfer that into my actual story writing. xD

I wrote you a novel, hope you don't mind.
Moving this all over to a VM now then, since inboxes tend to get clogged.

Why thank you~ I didn't much in mind when I made the username, but here we are now, and I'm getting used to seeing it. What made you pick your username, out of curiosity?

And I agree. Lilligant is such a lovely Pokemon, and honestly I love your avatar. It has so many colours... I'm glad you decided to send a message though, since I've actually seen you around before, and some of the posts you've written, and I thought you looked quite interesting (plus the avatar, again). I'm pretty shy too though. <3
