Just remember what I said about the balance between being helpful and being too helpful and you'll be fine. :3

Trying to become a mod is a good goal for any member. If nothing else it will help you improve yourself.

As for typing/grammar and stuff, it can be as simple as capitalizing your sentences, punctuating, not using shorthand like 'u' instead of 'you', and so on. It's not crucial, it's just nice to come across as though you aren't too lazy to type things out and stuff. :]

    Everyone has a chance.

Supporters (people who pay money) have absolutely no better chance of becoming a mod than any other member who hasn't paid money. In fact, most people who become mods haven't donated to PC.

Basically, you just have to be a helpful member who follows the rules and reports when you see something wrong. There's a balance though that a lot of people have a hard time finding, it's possible to be too helpful or to report things that don't actually break the rules. Finding the right balance is hard.

It also helps to present yourself with good grammar/spelling/typing and so forth, that's something we look for in mods too.

Basically, the higher staff (super mods and admins) look for members who have the potential to be mods and we ask them if they're interested when we think they're ready.

It's pretty cool, yeah. All of us started out as mods and were eventually promoted to s-mod, and then eventually promoted to admin, so it takes quite a bit of time and work to be an admin. All mods have the chance and possibility of becoming admins if they're good enough, just like all members have the possibility of becoming mods.

Admins are like managers, mods are like their staff. So yeah admins are higher than mods.
