Me too. But I kept on trying to understand it, and I did. It just takes time to arrange everything of how you wanted and knowing the size of your banners. That is what is boils down too. Oh man, I am so glad VC did that tutorial. I would have been lost if it wasn't for him.

Awww, thank you very much! Well I finally figure out how to do those rounded corners. XD Thanks to Virtual Chatot's/Macintosh's tutorial. He had the code for rounded corners. So I used that and found this wallpaper of Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. Image size it, use that as my CSS background, and there you have it. ^^ I really like it too. I think this is the best one I made. Well I didn't do that much. XD Thanks to Virtual Chatot. That tutorial is very helpful.
