  • Well it is helpful to have EVs, moveset, and natures, but if all you have for now is the movesets, yes I would like to see so I could try to help better.
I mean I can't really tell you much when I don't know the moveset, EVs, or natures of these pokes.... but I mean when a you put together a team the pokemon have to mesh together. What's are you trying to accomplish with this team? How do these pokemon support each other, and work together?
You need a gimmick. But I'm not sure what. Some pokemon that annoys your opponent. The first thing that comes to mind is Amoongus because it gets rage powder and Spore. You could also try out Breloom because it also gets spore (as well as poison heal). If you want to use poison heal there's always Gliscor, but it doesn't get Spore. Just some options to consider. Lv. 1 Aron is a gimmick to consider... but it's pretty tricky.
I might eventually. For now I'm building a trick room team. But your right the battle between two weather teams is intense
Well it sets up entry hazards, and it has Rapid Spin. Its 140 base defense also helps. Plus it gets Sturdy so even when hit by a special attack, it can get at least one attack off.
Wellll they do have the tiers for a reason, but I bet you could make a NU team that dominates the NU tier. I mean idk. I've seen a team with mostly OU pokes with 1 or 2 from lower tiers that have been successful, but a whole team of pokes from lower tiers would probably not work for competitive play against others using higher tiers.
Funny you ask that. I actually used Choice Specs Kingdra outside of a rain team. I remember him working pretty well, but I think I replaced him because I already had Rotom-W, So I thought I didn't need another water poke, so I switched him for Scarf Hydreigon. I mean idk he could work for you.
Eh, I haven't ever used one to tell you the truth, though I feel like making a sun team. I mean it is an interesting idea. I think I could be really successful with the DW male starters you gave me. DW Charizard and Venusaur would be excellent for a sun team. (as well as Speed Boost Blaziken) The only downside to those mons is you can't breed for egg moves. If I decide to make a weather team, I'll tell you how it goes. I wasn't really suggesting you use one, I was simply wondering if you knew about them. I mean weather teams are pretty popular, and a major part of team building is thinking about what kinds of pokemon your opponents might use
Alright Gyrados sounds like a good mon to start with :P. Just a question though... Are you familiar with weather teams? (ex. Sun, Rain teams)
For random matchup you should be fine. If you plan on entering a competition idk, but on random matchup ive faced opponents with pokemon from lower tiers that are successful.
Alright we obviously can't communicate right now. :/ We should give it a try some other time. :/ I don't know whats wrong. We should try again some other time.
That would be cool. I mean that happens in game with an NPC... but other than that, it's unfortunately not reality. :(
