Well, I'm pretty sure you need to make an account to use Pokemon Bank using a game that you have...But, if you can link a second game to that account (a. la. Pokemon Global Link/Dream World) I would think you could do that which you speak of. Hope this helped!

I basically recoloured the Castform as Gengar. I tried to make it look a bit like a friendly ghost or something.
