Yeah, if a Scarfed Pokémon uses Transform, it is reset so that you can then be stuck on one of the new moves. And it also guarantees that you'll be faster than the original, unless it has a Scarf as well. ^_^

I'm not too sure about Shaymin, as I don't use legendaries on my teams ever. Except for my last battle with you, haha. :P

I use a lot of UU's myself, though I often find they work better in OU, probably because I train them all with that tier in mind. I'm weird, XD.
