Storm Silver is a really cool hack, it's harder but it's a ton of fun.

Umbreon, no question, though I hated using it in game because of it's sadly low attack and special attack

Ho-Oh was tons of fun to encounter because it's my favorite legendary overall and the battle music is phenomenal.
