Yeah that is true. They still don't do anything about it. I know my family told me if I didn't lose weight, I could die by the age of 35. That freaked me out. I don't want to die that young. So I went ahead and changed. And the thing is I lost some weight before, but things happen. And I ended gained it back. But now I got a full grasp on it. And I am going to keep it off.

Yeah my family are my life. I am nothing without them. I love them so much. I can't wait til I see them.

Yay! I am going to live longer, yes! That is what I am hoping for. That is what is wrong with US right now. People are overweight and obese don't know that is going to kill them someday. Everyone needs to change.

Why thank you. I know I will feel tons a lot better when I get to my goal. Well I feel a lot better now, but I will feel 200 times better. XD It was just time for me to make life changes. This is one of them. I just added 10-20 years of my life. And it is great. :3

Which it will be on Christmas. I am taking a break then. I am not working at all. I am in my nerves end. It is time for a break. I am going on vacation during that time. I am going to see my family. It is going to rock! So of course I won't be here.
