Okay I'm on! You're Latias was hacked so in order to make it legit via Pokesav I had no choice but turned it into non-Shiny but at least it's IV is max now...(sorry! >o<)
Oh and that Hitran was messed up so I replaced with mine that had right HP moves and some of your Pokemon had outdated Smogon moves so I changed it to newer moves and stuff.
Just let you know, Latias is no longer a OU and it's Uber now.

Yeah no problem its getting pretty late over here so I wouldnt be able to start till tomarrow. Just give me a pokemon or two that you want me to base it off of, or anything else you have in mind and ill give it my best shot.

I wouldnt say I make them. I dont have lots of experience. In face the one I made for NER:D is the only one I have ever done and ended up putting it up on a site
