I'll try to make a new one by tonight. And Astrid isn't going to be the E4 that's your neighbor, he lives in the cold parts of Fingoe. If you can make up an E4 and give me a drawing I can try and make an OW for it. Its actually really simple though.

I see, kind of like Malachite, well I think that's a good idea to have Geo stationed in Rojen, although they should commit most of their crimes in Fingoe. Also I made an Astrid OW but its crap so I will try and make a new one later.

Limitations of GIFs mean that some of the colours don't look quite right, so it's a bit blotchy. It won't look like that in-game.

-Can you just make another E4 to do this, I really don't want the player meeting Astrid until the Pokemon League. (Same thing for Craig if you want him as an E4)

I used Calis Ows for astrid so its total crap. There's not much wrong with the Craig OWsprite if you want to use that, and the evil trio OWsprites need fixing.
